Shop wisely to get the best value

Shopping for plants and plant care products can be pretty mind-blowing if you're not familiar with the many choices on offer.

You may enter a garden centre (or garden center, depending where you live!) thinking you just wanted some blue flowers for your garden, only to be confronted by choices you didn't know existed such as different plant categories, bewildering ranges of plant care products and daunting selections of gardening tools. Just planting a patio container can pose a plethora of questions!

A good plant nursery or garden retail store will have well-informed staff available to help you choose the right plants, containers and plant care products for your needs.

In-Store Assistance
Here at PlantConcierge.com you can find garden stores in your area who understand that not everybody who walks through their doors is a seasoned gardener. Look at the Contact tab on their profiles and find out which of their staff you can ask for gardening advice and assistance with choosing plants and gardening products.

Mail-order guidance
Sometimes it's easier to shop on-line and have your purchases delivered straight to your door. Plant Concierge allows you to choose whether or not you want to include mail order stores in your search results. On their Contact tab you may also find names of staff you can email with pre-purchase questions.
