Indoor plants

In reality, there's no such thing as an "indoor plant". All plants naturally occur outdoors, and the ones we bring into our homes usually come from warm, shady climates such as rainforests. Rainforest plants are used to being sheltered from direct sunlight by the taller forest trees, which is why they cope with the limited sunlight they receive inside our homes.

Indoor plants bring many benefits. In addition to their obvious aesthetic appeal they have a subliminally calming influence. Plants also generate oxygen, providing better air quality that improves many aspects of our lives.
