Description
Troy Marden is a garden designer, television host, author and lecturer based near Nashville, Tennessee.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the professional world of horticulture and over 30 years of gardening experience, Troy brings volumes of knowledge and countless experience to each and every project.
Troy is available for garden design and consulting, as well as lecturing to garden groups, horticulture organizations, seminars and classes at botanical gardens and much, much more.
Widely recognized as a top notch garden photographer and a highly entertaining speaker and teacher, Troy travels extensively and gladly passes on the knowledge he has accumulated over many years in the gardening world.

Qualifications & Experience
Troy has been a lifelong gardener and brings volumes of practical knowledge to the table on every project. His many past accomplishments include stints at two of the most recognizable botanic gardens in the U.S.--Longwood Gardens and Callaway Gardens--as well as more than 15 years in and around the retail garden center business, 7 years of owning his own garden design, installation and maintenance firm and much more.
Troy's gardens, floral designs, and container gardens, as well as his writing and photography have a appeared in over a dozen magazines over a period of nearly 20 years and he continues to write regularly for some of the best known magazines in the country. The television show that he co-hosts is regularly one of the highest rated locally produced shows on Nashville Public Television and garners top national ratings, as well.
Troy's passion for his subject knows no bounds and he has numerous projects working at any given time.
